Patch created on April 29 2010 Patch SPR#: 341096 SPRs fixed: 333329, 327924 //**************************************************************** Problem: In certain configurations, instantiating a DDR2 variant with the "Auto-Calibration Simulation Options" setting set to "Skip Calibration" mode and attempting to simulate it will cause the simulation to fail. Solution: Skip calibration shortens simulation time by pre-loading known-good calibration settings into the PHY in simulation. In certain configurations, these pre-loaded settings were shown to be incorrect. To use this patch, apply it, regenerate the design, and re-run simulation. Caution - You must either have previously installed the Quartus II software version 9.1 SP2 or must install the Quartus II software version 9.1 SP2 before installing this patch. Otherwise, the patch will not be installed correctly and the Quartus II software will not run properly.
