Panasonic’s solution for HD and SD editing in today’s production and post-production facilities, the AJ-HD3700B Studio Mastering System, uses the digital signal processing (DSP) blocks in Altera’s Stratix devices to perform image processing and other high-performance arithmetic operations. These capabilities enable Panasonic to offer its customers the flexibility of handling multiple video formats in a single unit, while delivering superior picture quality.
