Important! All employees must log in and complete the open enrollment process through Workday or you will be defaulted in the Aetna High Deductible plan for employee only coverage. If you wish to participate in the 2012 FSA or HSA, you must select your new contribution amount.

What’s New for 2012
The following benefit changes are taking place effective January 1, 2012:
- Altera Corporation will be funding your Health Savings Account for those employees enrolled in either the Aetna HDHP or the Kaiser HDHP. For 2012, Altera will contribute $300 for employee only coverage and $600 for employees covering dependents.
- For everyone enrolled in an Aetna medical plan option, prescription drugs will now be administered by InformedRx.
- New Employee Premium Contributions for 2012.
A series of meetings have been scheduled so you can learn more about the 2012 benefit changes. Representatives from Woodruff-Sawyer & Company, Wells Fargo, Aetna, Kaiser, and InformedRx will be at each meeting to answer your questions. These meetings are open to spouses or domestic partners.
