Finance



The Finance department is responsible for managing and reporting all company financial matters. Their responsibilities include:

  • Reporting financial results to shareholders and regulatory agencies
  • Directing management reporting of key financial results and performance metrics
  • Analyzing financial data
  • Planning and budgeting
  • Managing internal financial controls
  • Safeguarding corporate assets, including cash management
  • Handling accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Managing worldwide tax liability and effective tax rate
  • Partnering with business units to maximize tax benefits of proposed business opportunities
