Responsibilities:
As a Channel Finance Support Analyst, you will provide support for the Channel Finance team. In this role, you will:
- Support timely processing and validation of distributor reported Point of Sale and Inventory.
- Support validation of EDI transmission to SAP System supporting SOX compliance, end customer maintenance, compiling and publication of monthly reporting for POS and Inventory.
- Support calculation and publication of monthly exchange rates and validation of reported data integrity.
- Support distributor inventory management and revenue/margins desks in timely data processes and maintenance at transactional level.
- Work directly with distributors to resolve and provide solutions for invalid transaction reporting.
- Assist department manager with financial month-end close processes and special projects as assigned, including assignments and special projects that are moderately complex in nature where judgment is required in resolving and making routine recommendations.
Qualifications include:
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience with distributor-related business in high volume transaction processing.
- Strong analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with various levels within the company.
- Ability to develop close working business partnerships with distributors.
- Good computer skills with applicable experience in the development and enhancement of business processes and experience working with various systems.
- Prior system experience working with Electronic Data Interchange, SAP CRM and Semiconductor is a plus.
- Proficient in computer applications and systems, including intermediate to advanced use of Excel software.
- Prior experience in general accounting, including booking financial transactions and performing account reconciliations.
Excellent 10-key and data entry skills by touch. |
