Responsibilities:
As a Product Engineer, you will support product engineering responsibilities for the Cyclone III product family. Your responsibilities may include:
- Performing electrical and physical analysis down to the silicon level to drive yield and quality improvement at final test and sort.
- Introducing engineering changes to test program, manufacturing flows and fab processes.
- Supporting full customer return failure analysis and providing solutions to problems.
- Driving cost reduction through process flow simplification and test efficiency improvement.
Qualifications include:
- BS in Electrical or Electronics Engineering, or equivalent, with 0-2 years of work experience in a related field.
