Responsibilities:
As a CAD Section Head, you will lead a team of CAD development engineers. In this role you will:
- Be responsible for CAD tools and design methodology development.
- Improve the design flow/methodology by evaluating solutions from external vendors or develop it internally.
- Communicate with vendors on software feature improvements and bug fixes.
- Work closely with Design/Layout Engineers to understand the problem domain and come up with innovative solutions.
Qualifications include:
- BSc/Msc in Electrical, Electronic or Computer Engineering, or equivalent, with a minimum of six years of relevant CAD development experience.
- Significant exposure to IC design tools and methodologies.
- Flexibility and ability to quickly adjust decisions and priorities, together with excellent communication skills.
