Altera Volunteer Action

Altera is committed to investing in the communities in which we live and work through company support of employee volunteer efforts. We focus our efforts on programs that we believe have a positive and meaningful impact on the future of our employees and our local community. We believe that our investments today in health, the environment, and education go a long way towards building a better world for the next generation.

  • Penang Malaysia General Hospital

Altera's volunteer program through the Altera Community Team (ACT) provides non-profit organizations the opportunity to request volunteer support for community activities such as walk-a-thons, service projects, and community volunteer events that involve a group of Altera employees.

Altera Environmental, Health, and Safety Policy Statement

Altera is committed to conducting its business operations in a manner that sustains the environment and protects the health and safety of its employees. Altera strives for continuous improvement in its environmental, health, and safety program and has set forth the following objectives:

    • Encourage alignment with our Environmental, Health, and Safety policy and ensure Altera® semiconductors do not contain banned substances
  • Communication of Altera's Environmental, Health, and Safety policy to employees, partners, and associates
