Altera Announces Webcast
for Annual Analyst Meeting
San Jose, Calif., November 07, 2000-Altera Corporation (Nasdaq: ALTR) announced today that a live webcast of its Annual Analyst Meeting will be available on the company's web site, www.altera.com. The meeting, which was previously announced, will begin at 3:30 PM Pacific Standard Time and end at approximately 5:30 PM on November 9, 2000. A replay of the webcast will be available on the company's web site through November.
The webcast will include the slide presentation as well as audio and video. To view the webcast, viewers will need a media player which may be downloaded directly from the webcast site. Webcast viewers are encouraged to log on to the site sufficiently before the meeting start time to ensure a proper connection to the webcast.
