Cisco Systems Awards Altera for Excellence in Delivery and Flexibility
Recognition Underscores Altera’s Track Record of Excellence in Execution
San Jose, Calif., January 4, 2005─Altera Corporation (NASDAQ: ALTR) today announced that it is has received the “Excellence in Delivery and Flexibility Award” from Cisco Systems, Inc. Cisco recognized Altera for consistently meeting or exceeding its supplier commitments and demonstrating exemplary effort to address Cisco’s needs, positively impacting the satisfaction level of Cisco’s customers. The award was presented to Altera at Cisco’s 13th annual supplier appreciation awards program held on November 30, 2004.
