Altera Corporation (NASDAQ: ALTR) is pleased to announce that its president and chief executive officer, John Daane, will present the keynote speech at the 2006 FSA Suppliers Expo and Conference in San Jose, California on Wednesday, October 11. Mr. Daane will highlight a new industry trend targeted at fueling innovation during a time of skyrocketing development costs and increasing competitive pressures.
The 2006 FSA Suppliers Expo and Conference will feature more than 100 exhibiting companies and host over 1,500 attendees from fabless, IDM, OEM, supplier and service provider companies. The event will include an education program and a supplier exhibition.
