Embedded World in Nürnberg has established itself as Europe’s most important exhibition for the embedded industry. The Embedded World 2006 Exhibition & Conference brings together manufacturers, distributors, developers, buyers, and decision-makers. Altera's Featured Technology
Altera supplies the world’s leading premier and low-cost FPGA devices and associated software tools, intellectual property (IP) blocks and soft processor cores. At Embedded World 2006, Altera will show its industry-leading Nios II embedded processor and FPGA devices. The soft Nios II embedded processor can be targeted to any of Altera’s FPGA families and is supported by a comprehensive range of Altera® and third party development tools, boards and operating systems. These technologies allow designers to quickly build hardware and software systems in the FPGA devices and on the Nios II processors embedded in the FPGA logic. This also gives designers an unprecedented ability to increase system performance or change the system specification at any stage of the project.
The Altera stand will be showcasing products based on Nios II, RTOS solutions, embedded graphics systems and the ultimate in debugger technologies for the Nios II processor.
