Event Overview

Take the next step towards advanced system-on-a-programmable-chip (SOPC) technology. Building on last year's successful seminar series, SOPC World 2 will examine the new devices and software tools available from Altera and our industry leading partners.

With multiple tracks focused on software, SOPC, and digital signal processing (DSP), including live demonstrations of real systems being built with SOPC technology, there's something for everyone.

Learn about the latest Quartus® II development tools from Altera and from our EDA partners, Mentor and Synplicity. Learn techniques to help you design more efficiently and quickly. Learn about advances in SOPC design and hear from our partner ARM Incorporated. See real microprocessor systems built and debugged, in real time, using SOPC Builder. Learn how to build high performance DSP systems in Altera FPGAs using Altera's DSP Builder tool, ready-to-use DSP blocks, and Simulink tools from The MathWorks.

The morning session will be presented in English but some of the afternoon sessions will be presented in local language.
