Course Description
This training is for engineers who have never designed an FPGA before. You will learn about the basic benefits of FPGAs and how to create a simple FPGA design using the Quartus® II software v. 7.1. If you purchased a Cyclone® III FPGA Starter Kit, you can download a programming file from the tutorial into the development board.
At Course Completion
- Start a new FPGA design
- Create a schematic using the graphic editor
- Convert schematic and HDL files into schematic symbols
- Configure an FPGA
