| Hardware Design |
- Architecture to final Gerber release and prototype and low-volume manufacturing to suit customer manufacturing requirements.
- High-speed board design, multi-layered, multi-CPU, and high-performance board design. Design expertise for boards of low to high complexity, design expertise from schematics to Gerber release, board-level simulations using standard and in-house-developed HDL models, hardware and software co-verification, functional testing of prototype boards, and design validation tests. Reduced design cycle time while exceeding quality standards for complex board designs at 28 layers and 10.3-Gbps data lines. Experience working with board dimensions up to 340 mm x 330 mm with 19 power supplies, 22,000+ connectors, 7,300+ nets, pins up to ~24,000, and up to 7,000 components.
- Assist clients with tests for emissions (conducted and radiated), radiations (conducted and radiated), ESD, electric fast transients, steady-state power induction, lightning, surge, AC power fault, and for electrical safety requirements.

- Architecture and design to implementation, synthesis, physical design, prototype manufacturing support, packaging, and silicon testing. Extensive portfolio of design wins includes ASIC designs in 90 nm or tighter geometry, design sizes in multi-million gates and pin-counts in excess of 1,200 pins. A "pure-play design house" and has targeted designs to a range of process technologies and libraries. Tools expertise spans the tool families of Cadence, Mentor Graphics®, Synopsys, and Magma.
- Design capabilities include architecture definition, methodology and tools setup, verification plan development and verification environment setup, register transfer level (RTL) coding in Verilog/ VHDL, deterministic, random, and regression tests, scan insertion and design for testability, synthesis, and netlist generation, gate-level simulation, floor planning and optimization, place and route, static timing analysis and timing extraction, ATPG/ test vector generation, and formal verification.
- 150+ SoC/ASICs tape-outs performed in the last 3 years on multiple processes ranging from 0.25 µ to 65 nm targeted at multiple foundries like TSMC, UMC, SMIC, tower, and various integrated foundries. The design complexities have been as high as 14 million logic gates (46 million+ with memory).
