The FLEX 10K family ranges from 10,000 to 250,000 typical gates and spans three process generations. The 2.5-V, 0.22-micron FLEX 10KE devices average 20% to 30% faster than the equivalent 0.30-micron FLEX 10KA devices, which operate at 3.3 V. Similarly, FLEX 10KA devices are an average of 20% to 30% faster than the 0.42-micron FLEX 10K devices, which operate at 5.0 V.
