Quartus II software offers scripting capabilities that can fit directly into existing ASIC design flows, so there are very few changes to the compilation flow required to implement the design in an Altera® FPGA. Table 1 provides a list of the EDA tools and EDA tool partners Altera currently works with to provide best-in-class solutions for ASIC prototyping.
