Overview
BitSim specializes in FPGA and ASIC design to provide a range of services that include digital and analog electronics, signal processing and verification, as well as circuit boards to complete system design. Based in Sweden with a staff of highly experienced design professionals, BitSim's technical expertise includes embedded processors, system-on-a-chip (SOC) design, digital signal processing (DSP), digital video, and design verification.
Specialization
BitSim provides the AMPPSM-approved certified IP core shown in Table 1.

BitSim's BADGE solution drives displays and accelerates graphics. Functions include:
- Drawing pixels, lines, and rectangles
- Writing text of various fonts, sizes, colors
- Copying and resizing rectangles, for example, "BitBLT" and raster operation (ROP)
- Drawing and moving graphical objects, for example, "sprites"
- Analog and digital video support
- Color look-up-table (CLUT) support (also known as Pallete)
- Alpha-bleding(2) ( two variants) support
- Anti-aliasing support (ongoing)
- Digital video interface (DVI) support
- Portrait mode support
- Support for application program interface (API) for non-OS users
- Support for large display size (4096 x 4096 pixel)
