Altera Partner Profile: IRIS Technologies
Overview
IRIS Technologies Inc. develops high-performance boards and systems for prototyping, computing, emulation, and acceleration. IRIS boards contain multiple FPGAs and 1 to 2 Gbytes of DDR2 memory. All the boards are built to PCI Express specifications and provide a x4 or x8 interface. The boards can be used stand-alone with an ATX power supply, in an IRIS system, or other standard servers with PCIe slots.

Designed for algorithm acceleration, ASIC prototyping, or simulation acceleration, this board has four Cyclone® II FPGAs, a PCIe x4 interface, 2 Gbytes of DDR2, and can be used either within a system or as a stand-alone unit.

| DSP Compute Board |
Designed for signal processing, hardware-in-loop simulation, or coprocessing applications, this board has two Cyclone II FPGAs, two TI 6416T DSPs running at 1 GHz, a PCIe x4 interface, and 1 Gbyte of DDR2 memory and can be used either within a system or as a stand-alone unit. |

Adds data acquisition to the DSP Compute Board by incorporating two 14-bit 125 megasample/s ADC and and two 14-bit 165 megasample/s DACs. |
