Real-Time Transceiver Access for Faster Board Bring-Up

Transceiver Toolkit uses System Console technology to give FPGA and board designers real-time access to transceiver settings. It also helps quickly bring up boards. Transceiver Toolkit provides built-in bit-error rate test (BERT) function with pseudo-random binary sequence (PRBS) pattern generator and checker for fast transceiver link verification. It also includes a channel manager interface to monitor and track multichannel testing status. Multiple devices can be tested using link tests in the Transceiver Toolkit GUI. With Stratix^® FPGA EyeQ support, signal eye width and height are measured and plotted. Latest improvements include the adaptive dispersion compensation engine (ADCE) and decision feedback equalizer (DFE) for signal transmission robustness.
