Micriµm µC/GUI Demo
This informative demo incorporates µC/GUI, a graphics software module developed by Micriµm. Through a series of brief presentations, the demo provides an overview of this module’s capabilities. To view this demo, select it from the application selector utility that comes loaded on the Nios® II Embedded Evaluation Kit, Cyclone® III Edition.
Although you can only use this demo with the board that accompanies the Nios II Embedded Evaluation Kit, Cyclone III Edition, µC/GUI itself is compatible with a wide range of hardware platforms. As long as your hardware incorporates a display device, you can easily add µC/GUI to your Nios II processor-based project. For additional information on combining µC/GUI with any hardware platform (including that provided with the Nios II Embedded Evaluation Kit, Cyclone III Edition), visit the Micriµm website.
Much like µC/GUI, many of Micriµm’s other software modules, including µC/OS-II, µC/TCP-IP, and µC/Probe, are well-suited for use in Nios II projects. This demo also showcases the µC/OS-II (evaluation version)operating system, which is included with the Nios II Embedded Design Suite (EDS).
