No. Neither the Jam STAPL Player nor the Jam STAPL ByteCode Player support the MasterBlaster
Download Cable.
Altera recommends always using the Jam STAPL ByteCode Player instead of the Jam STAPL Player due to
the benefits of faster programming, smaller files, and easier porting to embedded systems. Because
of this, Altera does not plan to add MasterBlaster cable support to the Jam STAPL Player.
