If I have a defective Altera development kit and it was purchased within the last year how do I file for an RMA?
Description
If you purchased an Altera® development kit within the last 12 months, you may file for an RMA if your kit is defective. To file for an RMA you will need to know where the kit was purchased and have the purchase order (PO) number.
If you purchased a kit on Altera Buy Online, Altera eStore, or BuyAltera.com you will have to contact Digi-Key for an RMA number. Digi-Key contact information: 800-344-4539 or digikey.com.
If you purchased a kit from Arrow Electronics or another 3rd party authorized distributor then you will have to contact them for an RMA number. For information on 3rd party distributors refer to Altera North American Distributors.
