Title
What is the state of the Turbo Bit if I program a "non-T" Classic™ device with a Programmer Object File (.pof) generated for an EP610T, EP910T, or EP1810T device?
Description
"T" devices have the Turbo Bit permanently set. However, the MAX+PLUS® II software still allows you to turn the Turbo Bit on or off for "T" devices. When compiling a design for a "T" device, the state of the Turbo Bit is specified as on or off in the programming file, but is ignored during programming.
If a non-"T" device is programmed with a programming file that was generated for a "T" device, the non-"T" device's Turbo Bit setting is determined by the setting in the "T" device's original design file.
