The Stratix® 10 SoC is a high-performance System on Module built around the Stratix® 10 GX and SX SoC FPGA families, offering a scalable and production-ready solution for compute-intensive and real-time embedded applications. Compatible with device variants ranging from SX850 to SX2800 and GX850 to GX2800 in the NF43-F1760 package, this SoM supports up to 2,753K logic elements and 933,120 Adaptive Logic Modules (ALMs). The SX variant integrates a powerful quad-core 64-bit ARM® Cortex®-A53 processor running at up to 1.5GHz, enabling seamless control and processing for edge computing, networking, and signal processing tasks.The module is equipped with 8GB ECC DDR4 for HPS and dual 8GB DDR4 for FPGA fabric (all upgradeable), along with 32GB eMMC and 1Gb QSPI Flash.
