We Will Be Changing the Way You Sign In

To simplify the sign-in process, we will be changing the way you log in to myAltera. You will no longer need a separate username, as you will be transitioning to use your myAltera account email address to log in. There will be no change to your account password. 

This change will happen on 9 Oct 2017.

An email address is unique and easy to remember. Using an email address simplifies the registration process as you don't need to worry about your favorite username being already in use. With a valid email address, you will also be able to receive important communications from myAltera.

Currently, you are logging in to myAltera using your account username. Starting 9 Oct 2017, you will need to use your account email address to log in. There is no change to your account password.

Before 9 Oct 2017, please follow the steps below to find your account email address.
Step 1: Login to myAltera at https://www.altera.com/mal-all/mal-signin.html using your username and password.
Step 2: Click on 'Manage Your Profile'
Step 3: You will find your account email address displayed in the 'Email Address' field.

After 9 Oct 2017, please follow the steps below to find your account email address.
Step 1: Go to https://www.altera.com
Step 2: Click on 'Login'
Step 3: Click on 'Forgot Email'
Step 4: Enter your myAltera log in username
Step 5: We will display your account email address in partial. We will also send an email to your account email address for confirmation.

No. We are not changing your account password. You will still be able to log in to myAltera with your existing password.

Don't worry. You can always reset your account password using the Forgot Password page.
