Enhanced Temperature Device Support

To support the varied temperature range requirements of devices that will be situated in harsh environments, all Intel® product families support devices that have enhanced operating temperature ranges as well as standard commercial temperature grade.

Table 1 lists the temperature grades and associated temperature ranges.

  1. For MAX® 7000AE devices, extended temperature range is defined as -40°C to 130°C.
  2. For MAX® 7000AE devices, automotive temperature range is defined as -40°C to 130°C.
  3. For Intel® Arria® 10 E devices, extended temperature range is defined as 0°C to 100°C. For more information, refer to the Intel® Arria® 10 Device Overview and the Intel® Arria® 10 Device Datasheet.
