Why do I get the following error when launching the Nios® II IDE for the first time on my Windows NT 4.0 SP6 machine? javaw.exe - Unable To Locate DLL

    • BUILT IN - ARTICLE INTRO SECOND COMPONENT
    Description You may get this error when attempting to launch the Nios II IDE for the first time on machines with a fresh installation of Windows NT 4.0 SP6 due to a missing USP10.dll. To fix this problem, contact Microsoft to obtain a copy of the Microsoft Uniscribe Unicode script processor dll and place it in your /WINNT/system32 directory.
