Why do I get a compilation error related to Starting Channel Number 68, when I implement AN 571, SFI-5.1 design?

Environment

BUILT IN - ARTICLE INTRO SECOND COMPONENT
Description

You may get the following error message implementing the design described in AN 571: Implementing the SERDES Framer Interface Level 5 (SFI-5.1) Protocol in Stratix IV Devices (pdf)

"Error: GXB Central Control Units "..<tx x17 instance path>..|tx_pll_cent_unit0" and "..<rx x5 instance path>..|cent_unit0" cannot have the same starting channel number (68)"

This happens due to some errors in the Application Note. According to AN 571, "Starting Channel Number" for various instances should be as following:

Instance1: Starting Channel Number = 0

Instance2: Starting Channel Number = 68

Instance3: Starting Channel Number = 88

The correct Starting Channel Numbers are:

Instance1: Starting Channel Number = 0

Instance2: Starting Channel Number = 72

Instance3: Starting Channel Number = 92

For ALTGX_RECONFIG controller, parameter "What is the number of channels controlled by the reconfig controller?" should be set to 256.

Design should compile successfully with above changes.
