Description
If you are not currently using Quartus II 3.0 Service Pack 1 and Nios 3.1, you should upgrade to these versions of the software. Next, reinstall the parport2000 driver by typing these commands at the DOS prompt or from the Nios SDK Shell:
1. cd to the parport2000 driver directory located at /altera/kits/nios/bin/fs2/bin/
2. type "psetup /q" to install the driver
You should now be able to debug Nios systems using the OCI core with the nios-debug command.
