Description
The Nios® II integrated development environment (IDE) and SOPC Builder included with the Quartus® II software version 7.2 are not supported on Windows Vista.
The Quartus II software version 7.2 readme.txt file incorrectly states that the Nios II Embedded Design Suite is supported on Windows Vista 32-bit and 64-bit. Support for these tools on Windows Vista is planned for the next release of the software.
The readme_corrections.txt file lists the updated operating system support for the Quartus II software and the Nios II Embedded Design Suite.
