How fast can a MAX® 7000 device be powered up and operating if it is already programmed?

Environment

BUILT IN - ARTICLE INTRO SECOND COMPONENT
Description The limiting factor in power-up speed is the overshoot from the power supply when it turns on very quickly. The faster the power supply turns on, the greater the amount it will exceed the intended supply voltage. Since the maximum recommended operating voltage of a MAX 7000 device is 5.25 V (or 5.5 V for the industrial version), the fastest time a MAX 7000 device can be powered up is the time it takes for the voltage supply to reach operating voltage without exceeding 5.25 V (or 5.5 V for the industrial version).
