Description
The Intel® Stratix® V GX Custom PHY IP may produce the following error message when selecting a Receiver (Rx) only channel due to a bug in Intel® Quartus® II software version 11.0SP1 and 11.1
Error: inst: The maximum data rate for this configuration is nnn.n MHz
Resolution
To workaround this problem, use a duplex Custom PHY or use a wider FPGA-PCS interface.
This bug is already fixed in Intel® Quartus® II software version 16.1.
