Critical Issue
Description
The expand text arrow and the Show All option in the online help do not work in Internet Explorer.
Resolution
In Internet Explorer, carry out the following actions:
- Click the Refresh/Show Current Topic icon (yellow arrows icon at the top of the search pane). The table of contents appears with the selected topic highlighted.
- Click the highlighted topic to refresh the browser frame. Expanded text works.
Alternatively, use Firefox 2.0.0.6.
