Using Spectra-Q Synthesis in the Quartus Prime Software (OSYNQPRO)

32 Minutes Online Course

Course Description

The Quartus® Prime Pro Edition software is the newest member of the Quartus software product family. It's designed to take your advanced FPGA designs to the next level with the new Spectra-Q engine, a suite of added features including a new synthesis engine. Spectra-Q synthesis features a new front-end parser with improved support for all IEEE RTL languages and stricter syntax and semantic checks, guaranteeing that your code is compliant with the language specifications. This training highlights the differences in behavior between the previous synthesis engine and the new Spectra-Q synthesis engine along with a look at a number of new features. It also describes the actions that you'll need to take to ensure your code is compliant when migrating to Spectra-Q synthesis.
