Description
In Quartus® II version 5.1, the e_adapter_endian.pm file is missing and needs to be added to Quartus II for SOPC Builder to successfully generate components with big endian byte ordering.
To fix this problem the following steps need to done:
- Exit SOPC Builder and Quartus II.
- Download the e_adapter_endian.zip file which contains the e_adapter_endian.pm file.
- Unzip the file and extract the contents to the following location:
- Re-start Quartus II and SOPC Builder.
/sopc_builder/bin/europa
