The DRF5270, a SOSA™ aligned 3U Open VPX board based on the Altera Agilex™ 9 AGRW027, enables multichannel data conversion and processing with eight 64 GSPS A/D and D/A converters, 16 GB of DDR4 SDRAM, 1 GigE / 10 GigE / 40 GigE Interfaces, optional VITA 67.3C optical interface for gigabit serial communication and dual 100 GigE UDP interface. Available in a ruggedized and conduction-cooled 3U form factor, it supports applications such as radar, high-bandwidth data streaming, waveform signal generators, communication receivers and transmitters, and electronic warfare transponders. Built-in multichip and multi-board synchronization circuitry supports high-channel, phased array antenna systems.
