Quartus Prime Pro Edition Design Software, Version 25.3.1 is subject to removal from the web when support for all devices in this release are available in a newer version, or all devices supported by this version are obsolete. If you are using floating license server for FPGA software, you need to upgrade to the latest license daemon software (v11.19.6.0). FPGA software, Version 25.3.1, doesn’t work with old version of daemon software. You can download the daemon software from this link

NOTE: After downloading Quartus Prime Pro Edition Design Software 25.3.1, you must go to this Knowledge Database (KDB) Article to download and install a required patch. Please follow the instructions provided in the KDB

1a. Run the .exe which automatically extracts the files to your TEMP directory and launches the installer.
- For command line mode installation:
1b. Run the .exe file with command-line option -d<path> -sp--noexec, which extracts the files to location.
Please note, there is no space between -d and <path>.
Run qinst_cli.bat with --cli option. Run the command with --help to see the help manual.

2. Download device support files into the same directory as the Quartus Prime software installation file.
3. If you want to use add-on software, download the files from the Additional Software tab. Save the files to the same temporary directory as the Quartus Prime software installation file.
4. Run the .exe file.
