Featuring up to 2753K logic elements, 8GB ECC DDR4 for HPS, dual 8GB DDR4 for FPGA, and up to 48 high-speed transceivers (GXT up to 28.3Gbps, GX up to 17.4Gbps), the module delivers outstanding compute and I/O capabilities. With over 100 LVDS I/Os and a compact 110mm x 75mm form factor, the G45M is ideal for aerospace, defense, data acceleration, and high-bandwidth embedded applications.
