The Mobiveil Ramdisk-Gen5™ is a PCIe Gen5 x8 and NVMe 1.4 compliant SSD tester that emulates next-generation Gen5 NVMe SSDs without NAND flash performance limitations. Built on the Agilex® 7 FPGA, it integrates Mobiveil’s configurable UNEX™ NVMe controller and UMMC™ DDR4 controller, delivering up to 3200 MT/s DDR4 ECC memory performance. Designed for data center product development, storage server validation, and NVMe-over-Fabrics applications, it supports dual QSFP28 100G Ethernet connectivity, multiple PCIe Gen5 lanes, and a full-length, full-height PCIe form factor.
