Quartus Prime Pro Edition Design Software, Version 25.3.1 is subject to removal from the web when support for all devices in this release are available in a newer version, or all devices supported by this version are obsolete. If you are using floating license server for FPGA software, you need to upgrade to the latest license daemon software (v11.19.6.0). FPGA software, Version 25.3.1, doesn’t work with old version of daemon software. You can download the daemon software from this link

1. Download the .run file
2.Change the file permission for the .run file by running the command: chmod +x *.run
- For GUI mode installation:
3a.Run the .run file which automatically extracts the files to your TEMP directory and launches the installer.
- For command line mode installation:
3b. Run the .run file with command-line option --target <path> --noexec, which extracts the files to <path> location. Run qinst.sh with --cli option. Run the command with --help to see the help manual.

Download and install instructions:
1. Download Quartus Prime software, and any other software products you want to install, into a temporary directory.
2. Download device support files into the same directory as the Quartus Prime software installation file.
3. Change the file permission for all the setup (.run) files by running the command: chmod +x *.run.
4. If you want to use add-on software, download the files from the Additional Software tab. Save the files to the same temporary directory as the Quartus Prime software installation file.
5. Run the .run file.
