Notes:

[1] Simics Simulator is only supported on Windows via WSL2. If native Linux machines are inaccessible, please use WSL2 when running the Simics Simulator binaries (including GUI).

[2] For Altera® oneAPI IP Authoring, please continue to use 2025.0 version which supports up until Quartus 24.3.

[3] Red Hat Enterprise Linux 9: 9.0 and 2 latest available major versions at the time of Quartus 25.3 release

[4] For DSP Builder with non-Agilex device, please use DSPB 25.3.1 with Quartus 25.3.

[5] For FPGA AI Suite user please use Quartus 25.3 for full support. 

[6] Starting with version 25.3, RHEL support will be streamlined to RHEL 9.

[7] RHEL 9 support means that Quartus 2X.X has been validated on RHEL 9.x and RHEL 9.(x-2), where x is the latest available even-numbered RHEL 9 minor version at the time Quartus 2X.X is released.
For example, this could mean validation on RHEL 9.6 and RHEL 9.4.
