Environmental Information & Responsible Sourcing

Developed by the Responsible Minerals Initiative (RMI), the Conflict Minerals Reporting Template is a standardized reporting tool designed to enhance supply chain transparency. It assists companies in tracing the origin of 3TG (tin, tantalum, tungsten, and gold) within their products, helping to identify smelters and refiners and ensure adherence to conflict minerals regulations. The CMRT is therefore essential for promoting responsible sourcing practices.

The Extended Minerals Reporting Template is a standardized tool designed to help companies collect and report data on the sourcing of cobalt and mica. Building on the original CMRT, the EMRT expands its scope to include other minerals facing increasing ethical and environmental scrutiny. This initiative promotes transparency and responsible sourcing practices throughout supply chains.

This report contains embodied Product Carbon Footprint (PCF) information on Altera FPGAs and SoC FPGAs that have met production quality criteria. Embodied PCF represents a portion of the climate change impact under a Life Cycle Assessment (LCA), which evaluates the environmental impacts of a product throughout its entire life cycle.
