The iW-RainboW-G24M is a feature-rich, production-ready System on Module (SoM) designed around Arria® 10 SoC and FPGA families. Supporting a wide range of device variants, including SX270–SX660 and GX270–GX1150, the module integrates up to 1,150K logic elements and 24 high-speed transceivers capable of operating at 17.4Gbps. The SoM includes a dual-core ARM Cortex-A9 processor running up to 1.5GHz per core, enabling seamless handling of both real-time processing and control applications across domains such as defense, communications, industrial automation, and high-speed data acquisition.

With 2GB DDR4 RAM with ECC for HPS (expandable up to 4GB) and 4GB DDR4 for FPGA (expandable up to 8GB), along with onboard 8GB eMMC and RGMII/USB2.0 PHYs, the module offers robust performance and flexible integration.
