It integrates 8GB DDR4 each for HPS and FPGA, 32GB eMMC, and 256MB QSPI Flash, along with 16 FGT transceivers supporting up to 58Gbps PAM4. With 4 ADCs and 4 DACs offering sampling rates up to 64Gsps and over 1.43 million logic elements, in 82mm x 110mm module. It supports applications requiring ultra-wideband RF signal acquisition and generation, including electronic warfare, radar, test and measurement, satellite communication, and spectrum monitoring.
