The MAX 10 FPGA Evaluation Kit is a compact, entry-level platform designed to evaluate the capabilities of the MAX 10 FPGA family. It includes a 10M08S device in a 144-pin EQFP package and supports both JTAG and internal flash configuration methods, including dual-image boot options. The board is powered via USB and features onboard power regulators, a 50 MHz oscillator, and test points for manual current and voltage measurements.
The kit provides essential connectivity options with Arduino UNO R3-compatible headers providing access to 14 digital I/Os and 8 analog inputs, all routed through filtering and scaling circuits for compatibility with the FPGA’s ADC. Additional expansion is supported via 2x20 GPIO headers and a prototyping area. The kit also includes user LEDs, DIP switches, and pushbuttons for interactive development and debugging. This makes it an ideal platform for embedded control, analog monitoring, and educational applications.
