The iG-G78M® Agilex™ 9 R31D Mid-Band Direct RF System on Module is a high-performance RF processing platform powered by the Altera Agilex™ 9 AGRM027 Direct RF SoC FPGA. It combines a Quad-core Arm® Cortex®-A53 HPS, up to 2.7 million logic elements, 17,056 DSP multipliers, 20 integrated ADCs supporting up to 4Gsps, and 16 DACs supporting up to 12Gsps for direct RF signal acquisition and generation. The module features 32 FGT transceivers operating up to 58Gbps PAM4, 8GB DDR4 ECC for HPS, dual 8GB DDR4 ECC for FPGA, 32GB eMMC, and QSPI Flash storage. Designed in a compact 82mm x 110mm BRYNc form factor, it supports Linux and operates from -40°C to +100°C. The iG-G78M is ideal for radar, electronic warfare, software-defined radio, satellite communications, spectrum monitoring, SIGINT, and advanced test & measurement applications requiring real-time wideband RF processing.
