It automatically extracts the files to your TEMP directory and launches the installer.- For command line mode installation: 1b. Run the .exe file with -sp"--target <path>" option to extract the files to the <path> location. For example: qinst-windows-<ver>.exe -sp"--target c:\quartus_installer". 1c. Run the qinst_cli.bat --cli command, run the command with --help to view the help manual.
